How can I get Vulkan to work with a Radeon RX 9070 and kernel 6.14.0.33-generic in Linux Mint 22.2?

is it not working?

It should by default

#

sudo apt install vulkan-tools && vkcube

#

then, if it launches, sudo apt install radeontop && radeontop
