#Is there a way I could configure the start menu to act similar to Windows 10's Pinned Tiles?

Hewwo! I was wondering if there's a way I could have pinned tiles from Windows 10 in Linux Mint. It doesn't have to function the same way as Windows 10's specifically, but I just wanna categorize and arrange my applications into specific positions as I like, and rely on my muscle memory. Thanks in advance!

You don't like the pre-ordered categories in cinnamon?

but not sure if that allows it

I think it does. Showing large icons. (obviously only the favourites you can drag around)

It still isn't giving me what I wanted, since I couldn't set a custom order for my own icons per category, and I don't want to stack all of my applications in the favorites category either. I couldn't even change the category order that, even when I use MenuLibre it duplicates the category and bugs out which is a little frustrating. I guess if this is the closest solution, it can't be helped and it's something I have to get used to. Nevertheless, I appreciate you guys for trying.
