#How do I see the size of a snapshot?

Open Timeshift, and note precise date-time-name of snapshot and whether it says D (daily) , W (weekly), M (manual) etc
go to /timeshift or wherever u set the preferences to save snaps to
look in daily monthly etc folder for precise name u saw earlier.
right-click that exact snapshot folder,> Properties
Cool and thanks for that. Right now I'm only using one hard drive to mess around but when I have 2 hard drives (SSD and HDD) for linux will it be possible to save snapshots to the hdd where linux isn't installed to?
I want to use the HDD pure storage if possible
yes, u should format data hdd as btrfs for maximum space efficiency, or ext4. then ensure you're owner of top level folder so u have full r/w rights
and automount it to /mnt if it's a "permanent" INTERNAL hdd
Then it'll be ready whenever you or timeshift needs it

I was going to do ext4 but didn't know that btrfs is a thing but thanks
