Linux Mint XFCE 22.2, screen flashes on boot up, but absolutely no issues after that. I Know it was an issue with integrated graphics on kernel 6.8 LM 22, but I'm on LM 22.2 Kernel 6.14. Issue does not happen at all after boot up commences

That was the kernel that was immediately on after os install

in which case you must've done a fresh install, from the IDO

see if you can drop down to 6.8
