it depends... how big the counterpart is. sometimes you can cut a new, bigger thread.
else? glue?
maybe if you have a strong enough magnet try pulling it out with it?
I tried thread, it was exteremly difficult, wasnt budging in
maybe gotta try glue or a magnet
get a safety pin point under the head to get lift force, as you unscrew it.
might need to heat the pin to get down into the plastic slightly
Heating safety pin, but it looses the heat very fast and below is the reference what the screw size might be for which i cannot remove

Btw does soldering iron help
no dont mess it up with an iron. just file a thick paperclip into a flat wedge point and use it to lift the screw now, as you attempt unscrewing it
or use a precision 1.5 or 2mm flat screwdriver as the lifter

I borrowed some help and that person had a double ended flat head screwdriver (if thats what it is) and lifted screwdriver as it is rolled
It worked and came out
