do you know how to enter your bios? please disable secureboot there.
Disable Secure boot and repeat the command

in the terminal type
sudo xed /etc/default/grub
you should have a text file open

Locate the line with the words quiet splash

Save the file and exit text editor
In the terminal type sudo update-grub
