Or Fedora maybe
if you are content with your package avaliability then just stay on arch frankly its usuaully kind of better once you are used to the management of its packages although fedora tends to have newer packages in certian ways than arch
but fedora also requires you to restart your computer to apply updates every time like windows
What about debian?
if you want maximum stability, minimum maintenance and a reliable linux distro where you dont need the latest features, use Debian
although stability isn't always something to be strived for especially if you are using new hardware like the radeon rx 9000 series basically newer computers in general benefit from a unstable distro, to be fair though unstable is kind of a misnomer, most of the time you can get relatively tested unstable distros via things like solus linux
short answer: yes
only if you use the gui software updater. which you can set to apply updates at runtime anyways.
will fedora work fine with nvidia GPU?
without secure boot yes with secure boot you need to sign the drivers for nvidia
