#gpu showing up as llvmpipe (kernel 570 open)

log out, press the circle next to your username and take a picture
you want to make sure you are using the 1st entry. software rendering will use llvmpipe, which you don't want.
can also attempt to switch to NVIDIA on-demand. then verify it again. also upload inxi -Gxxx info here

I double chcked to see if secure boot is turned off and it is
im also connecting the laptop to a 4ktv but like I mentioned before with driver 550 everything worked, i just wanted to update to 570 to see if it would be better but after doing that, rolling back to 550 gives me the same issue with llvmpipe like it is now with 570
no idea then. if you have a snapshot of your system from before that, you can rollback to when it was working.
