Grub seems to be able to see your Windows 10 boot entry.
What you may like to do is booting to Grub by pressing either Esc or Shift after your OEM/BIOS logo.
That should boot you to Grub menu from where you could boot Windows 10 from.
Alternatively, you may rearrange your boot order in the BIOS.
As far as I know, after installation, the said operating system will be placed as the first in the boot order.
from the looks of your disk partition info , it seems Windows was old legacy-run
in which case, you'd need to enable CSM in your BIOS, and set the boot mode to UEFI+CSM
then you save and exit from that, n press the boot menu key specific to your pc brand, to dual boot
@daring geode
that , or reinstall Mint in legacy
and put the boot flag to partition 1
gparted in live environment can do that
should i move boot partition to sda3 or sda1?
