Well, I suppose you just have deleted the EFI partition.
Said partition hosts your bootloaders, I presume both of them (Windows' and GRUB), therefore you cannot boot to anything.
For GRUB, you can use Boot Repair afaik. I'm personally not aware of what to do for Windows' case.
I suppose you can use your Windows media to perform system repairs for Windows' end.
I'm not some tech expert what does any of this mean 😭😭✌️
If you are to do that, do what concerns Windows first. Once that's done, do the one for Linux next.
