Gparted destroyed me

I was in gparted and was fiddling around not knowing what I was about to do, I deleted a partition to test smth and look over here (I was dual booting windows and mint) and now both are gone

Well, I suppose you just have deleted the EFI partition.

Said partition hosts your bootloaders, I presume both of them (Windows' and GRUB), therefore you cannot boot to anything.

For GRUB, you can use Boot Repair afaik. I'm personally not aware of what to do for Windows' case.

I suppose you can use your Windows media to perform system repairs for Windows' end.

If you are to do that, do what concerns Windows first. Once that's done, do the one for Linux next.

You can just grab a USB installer and proceed with the installation.
