Yes, you can. Look up for profiles somewhere, or xinput accel configuration commands in certain forums.
As for xinput configuration, we can't really help on that hands-on, if we're talking about personalized profiles.
And typically, as for everything else that there is, it'll be more convenient to use a front-end to manage these configurations.
