try adding --log=output.txt

i would use the normal method of clamscan > output.txt but clamscan thinks the output.txt is the file directory i want to scan. is there any otheer way to do this? Im planning to have a .sh file on my desktop that runs a virus scan and prints an output on the desktop. any help would be appreciated
