CPU in use instead of GPU - Graphics card not detected

run mokutil --sb-state make sure it shows OFF or 'disabled'

then install nvtop and use it to monitor actual GPU activity/usage

use driver manager and let it apply a different nvidia driver if the reco'd one doesnt work right

check status of driver. run inxi -Gxx

use optimus tray applet to force fulltime nvidia use or whatever, if u have onboard graphics plus nvidia dedicated graphics

looks like disabling secureboot made it appear again thanks for the help
