#Cannot boot up LMDE6 ISO but ISO works in QEMU

Instead of either booting LMDE6 iso on Ventoy or dd a USB key, I get this strange fatal message.
Yet that same ISO which is checksummed works perfectly in Qemu VM. I have nothing special going on in AMI UEFI settings. The PC runs Debian and LM faultlessly. Ventoy runs all my other distros. Any clues?

from 2nd white ventoy screen, run a file checksum: sha256 right on the LMDE iso there. and compare to website listing.

likely a bad write.

WIll let you know how that goes. It's strange that the same ISO runs in Qemu, just syaing.

You were right, the checksum on Ventoy was a bad write. Thank you.
How do I mark this as solved?
