for example when in settings there are menus that you can expand to select the different settings

and alternatively you can hover your cursor over the menu and use the scroll wheel to cycle through the different options without expanding the menu

it bothers me bc ill be scrolling through a page of settings and if the cursor moves over the menu while im scrolling it changes it
