that may be tricky because you're using Xfce4, but you should be able to a) use lutris/bottles and make a link to your desktop or b) make a new launcher that execues wine appname.exe

wine actually comes with that feature already, but it only works when you download it from the wine website, instead of downloading from the ubuntu/mint repositories

but if you don't want to redownload wine you can just do what lot said

i put "wine" in the commands and everything is working, but i have to put it in each exe i open
