The first time i press the power button in the application menu on each boot, the suspend button is missing so i have to press cancel then go back to the power menu for it to appear

Noticed the issue on Mint 22 and still persists on 22.1

make sure win fast startup is off 100%. it could be a contributing factor to this issue.
