Yo guys, how can I enable the resizing feature that's done using two fingers? (on windows at least).

im using thinkpad e16 if anything.

if you mean zooming in/out , then there is no gesture in any variety of Mint. On Cinnamon, you can enable desktop zoom in Accessibility, and use Alt+scrollwheel (up/down) to zoom

Alternatively, you may use a Plasma 6 distro . (KDE 6 is not available on any Mint) eg: Tuxedo OS . Plasma 6 definitely has touchpad gestures.

There is one gesture I found working sometimes. sliding up and down the right edge of the trackpad to scroll.
Or perhaps I am misremembering and that was on KDE.

I do think it is software-defined, though.

Because I am fairly certain my ancient Thinkpad has no dedicated scroll area.
