I have a question as follows:

I want you to suggest me an excellent distribution that has almost no negatives. I know Linux distributions, but I want to ask people of knowledge about this matter, as I am confused between distributions. Some say that this distribution is better because of stability, some say that this distribution is the best choice because of the community, and some say that it is because of the modern features... etc.

I want a system that I can use only for browsing and simple, uncomplicated things and making the desktop more beautiful, and I do not want to use it for work or playing video games. I left it for Windows.

Although I do not want to use Windows but Linux, when I searched, I found that most of the programs are available for Windows only... and Mac as well.

I repeat: I want a system that focuses on security, stability and is excellent, and I want it to be compatible with my computer hardware, and I want to make my desktop environment more beautiful. As for work or video games... etc., I left it for Windows.

Guys, please provide me with information when answering my questions.

in the screenshots, you're mainly sharing standalone window managers instead of regular desktop environments. they are very customizable but require a lot of time and knowledge to (you write config files instead of a simple settings app configuration). I think that would go against your preference

#

if you want simplicity but still a lot of configuration options, KDE plasma may be your best choice. (fedora kde, kubuntu, debian kde).
other desktops you should look into is

  • cinnamon (linuxmint),
  • Xfce4 (linuxmint xfce4, fedora xfce4, debian xfce4, xubuntu)

if you wish to customize your desktop a lot, you may want to avoid GNOME (fedora, debian, ubuntu). it is beautiful by default but tweaking it is a bit complicated

Let me approach this question with a question. Do you intend to mostly use it for multimedia and the web or do you want to use it to tinker with? For the former Mint is a great system works well on well supported hardware has a wide range of software available.

#

Do you instead want to be able to try stuff that just came out yesterday and tinker with your setup as much as actually use it? Consider arch. It will be harder to setup but not much harder to use and you will have access to the AUR

You will probably be as happy customizing mint and you will spend hours less getting started
