I've just recently installed LM22 on my new Lenovo LOQ laptop. On my old Lenovo Ideapad running LMDE6 I noticed that It has a EFI Partition mounted at /boot/efi, it has a swap partition, and the file system partition.

On my Lenovo LOQ, it only has a Linux Filesystem that is not mounted, and the main file system root.

Is my linux install on the LOQ ok?

Notes: The Lenovo LOQ has two NVMEs installed. The Pre-installed has Win11 inside, and the other has LM22

I don't know why but it seems like you created the 17 MB partition yourself. you can press ▶️ and see if there's anything there. or just don't touch it, it doesn't matter

Why is the Kingston Data traveler (where venton is installed and used to install LM22) in the list

oh, and this is the guide that I followed yesterday

How to set up a dual drive dual boot, with Windows on one drive, Linux on the other, and the BIOS boot menu used to select between them. Video also demonstrates a single drive dual boot setup.

The Linux distro shown in this video is Linux Mint 21, which I cover in a video here:

And I have a tutorial ...

its just amazing that when I boot up the laptop, it goes to grub automatically

#

I guess I'll just clear that 17mb partition

#

since its empty

#

and make a swap that has 8gb just like on my LMDE install
