#How can I filter out blue light to not strain my eyes as much? I tried redshift but doesn't work.

I tried to install redshift from the Software Manager on Linux Mint, and I tried to install redshift and redshift-gtk through the command line. None of them open.

I also tried installing QRedShift and that also doesn't show up on the menu app bar.

And how do I add apps from the left tab?

#

in your settings, open extensions or whatever it's called

#

then go to downloads tab and install qredshift

#

then press manage (iirc), select qredshift and press +
