i have a 4k 144hz panel, but it’s locked at 60hz for some reason. i also have screen tearing and weird stuttering. I have a nvidia quadro m1000m and a lg 32GQ750-B

you won't get 4K above 60HZ unless u have some kind of supercomputer and cable.

it worked when i used windows

when i switched to linux it got set back down to 144
