Why does middle click paste? / FAQ

Why does middle click on the mouse paste even though i have it off in settings, if it helps, im also using piper, and my mouse is logitech G102

idk it's a global thing in linux. see if a reboot is needed otherwise ur stuck with it

in Firefox, Firefox spinoff browsers natively, (or Chromium-based browsers with extension) you can set Autoscroll in settings. This will allow clicking the wheel to get a moving sliding page.

yeah it works in firefox, but not other apps like discord, i thought it was a global thing and not a per app settings

it's basically NOT a setting.

but Firefox and its spinoffs have made a linux provision for it.

are you using cinnamon? how did you entered to that menu :d

yes i am using cinnamon, which menu are you talking about? the 1st picture is the mouse and touchpad settings in System Settings, for the 2nd picture, its piper
