open disks app, click on the partitions you want to use, click the gear icon, edit mount options, check mount on startup and mount them in /media/Games or whatever you want to call the folder. you can also set a display name

is steam installed as flatpak or native?
you can check with flatpak list or thru software manager

install flatseal, select steam there, allow it access to your filesystem or just /media if you want

i do not see flatpak or flatseal
flatpak = format, think like extension, flatpak apps have the flatpak/flathub symbol next to them
if you want to install the app "flatseal" you need to type flatseal
