This is an error due to Microsoft releasing a faulty update. A really simple fix is to just disable Secure boot, it will work normally. If you want to enable secure boot for whatever reason, I'll guide you later
Yes pls, I really need to have Secure boot enabled.

For security reasons, we are required to have it enabled
whatever that means
- open terminal and run
sudo mokutil --set-sbat-policy delete - reboot and wait 5 minutes
- now in bios, enable secure boot again
