How to install something from github?

I cloned the git and I have a repository but what to do next. Here's a pic from the readme

you need the make utility to compile source code

plus whatever other dependencies listed in the requirements on the github page.

you should use https://github.com/medusalix/xone instead. it's made by medusalix, same as xow, and it is easier to install.
