Unable to control brightness

I have just dualboot win11 + mint 21.3 cinnamon.
But brightness slider not doing anything.
May be driver missing.
My device uses Intel R hd graphics driver.
I searched it with driver manager but it only found Broadcom wifi propertiary card

try the brightness keys on laptop. this computer really doesn't like Linux it seems.

At least in mint I don't need to do anything extra

My Bluetooth works fine by default
