Hello! I just got linux mint (switched from windows) and I'm really struggling. My laptop is ridiculously glitchy and Mozilla fox will not load any website. I tried to go onto YouTube and Google and it says "server not found". I didn't have this issue with windows, and I'm not sure what I should do about this.

Hey, what are the specs of your laptop? (I've tried mint on a 14+ year-old rig once and it was struggling with Mint as well, so might as well ask. In which case a lighter distribution such as Peppermint would run smoother).
As for the connection issue, I assume you did connect to a network beforehand?

Well now that I'm fiddling with the laptop it says my realtek semiconductor pcle wireless network adapter is unresponsive. I tried to do something to it but it said error ubonto not found or something

If I were you I would try to reinstall it
And if that doesn't work, maybe ask someone if updating the kernel is a good idea (I won't tip you to do that for idk what I'm doing when messing with the kernels)
