Can you show the Wine version you are using in order to run the game ? You can find it in the settings of the game on Heroic.

using proton will be vac

if a native game. check your drivers
if its proton. check your vulkan version + drivers
to check other stuff with

uname -r ; inxi -G
then after you can check if drivers are working like
glxgears | vkcube
gears: opengl
cube: vulkan
more information with
glxinfo -B
then to see for vulkan v1.3
vulkaninfo | grep "Vulkan Instance Version"

if it returns vulkan v1.2 it'll be like proton 6 or 7
