Hi everyone.

I have the following question. Is there a way to simulate microsoft "Family Group"? I have two laptops and I want to connect them like windows do. One laptop to be the parent and the second child. And like in microsoft, the parent computer to have administrative "power" over the child's one. To be able to block websites, to be able to block app and programs from running to be able set time out from the screen and etc. Something like parental control that is on phones.

I'm not sure if I explained it very well so if have any questions don't wary to ask.

I'm with Linux Mint 21.3, and the child's computer will be also.

Thank you in advance.

idk about the topic, but you could remove sudo perms to the child user and use something like vnc to monitor

you can make users without sudo perms, or, set an account but don't give the password to the child

🤔

Set up remote access and another account for the child user without sudo perms?
