So from what I know, it's not an issue with the heaphones or the laptop. But either Mint itself or the current sound server (it works fine on Fedora).

Current sound server, I suggest you switch to PipeWire

Do an apt purge on all pulseaudio packages by this command sudo apt purge pulseaudio* and then install all pipewire packages + it's lib that makes bluetooth work sudo apt install pipewire libspa-0.2-bluetooth and problem solved

Yep, disable all of its services and then do the two commands i mentioned
