Try installing gparted os
And the resizing it via gparted
I managed ty
Now I now I got another pc I installed gparted live
Nice
on this pc i have dual boot and i want to remove the linux
when i boot into windows it's really slow and you can't do anything
and rn it doesnt even boot it just stays loading
but idk what to do here
I think i had installed linux and when i boot into windows it's really really slow and doesnt even boot it just stays loading
idk which ones to delete
dont delete anything more, ESPECIALLY not the EFI partition
if Windows is booting slow, it may be because you're still entering it via GRUB.
simply go into BIOS setup, boot category, boot priorities, and put Windows boot manager at the top of list.
it is already first
windows boot manager
im in bios rn
ah ok, well that's that done
once you boot to windows desktop, open a command prompt thing, and do chkdsk c: that will do a check-disk scan, and help Windows sort out that you expanded the capacity.. after that it should be fine.
it just finished
but i think it didnt work
do the chkdsk /F command (no need to put C: cuz ur already in that path/location)
ok
says Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in the use by another process
reboot in safe mode @earnest tinsel then try again
i rebooted but not in safe mode
is that bad
well try it again now
if still no-go, then safe mode
chkdsk /F on the c: path and let it fix. should be good to boot quicker after that
It's already checking or whatever
