I have recently set up dual boot on my machine. In windows I can use both my 1080p60 and 1440p240 monitors fine, in Linux only my 1440p240 monitor shows up, and linux only lets me use 93hz. I've tried installing AMD drivers from the website but get this error:

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
xserver-xorg-amdgpu-video-amdgpu : Depends: xorg-video-abi-24 but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

The issue here are broken packages, i.e. a semi-broken installation. There are probably ways to repair it, but the faster way is usually to save your data and reinstall. The packages can basically only be broken if either the install medium or the drive you are installing to have hardware issues. Or if you used Rufus pre-4.4 on a Mint image.
