sir yes sir
because arch is meant for advanced users or those who are willing to learn how the system works or want DIY and willing to read a lot/mantain arch themselves
if you want a just works system, mint is the best
FIY, arch has no live desktop and boots to TTY then you are on your own to install it
wym by that
tho archinstall script exists, it's still completely manual
that arch's iso boots to TTY
what is tty
don't expect it to boot the way mint iso does
like a tui
fullscreen terminal
i see
and you can't exit it as that's how arch iso works
but thats only before initial install right
don't expect a nice GUI installer, arch expects you to read the archwiki
what will i need beside usb
use ventoy to make the usb
it may fail
works great for quick single boot installs
but for dual boot it tends to fail
i plan to single boot
@worthy cove I summon thee to guide em installing arch
then disable tpm, secure boot and legacy boot
wat is tpm
bruh
tpm is a BIOS setting
sry how to boot into bios from mint
nvm
