Doesn't matter if you aren't an Arch user: you can get the same look and feel on any distribution 😉

Ah ok, well depend on some things: if you have a GTK (gnome, cinnamon etc) or Qt desktop enviroment (like KDE or LXQt), this is the main difference. For icons and other stuffs is way easier, most of them you can install with a .sh script usually on the Github page of the project, so you are good
