Hello! If you face visual glitches in-game - the kind of no titles visible, no pets, no inventories, display issues with family names, etc. - when you login in the game, please report it here with the following information:

  • Where/when does it happen? In a certain map, in a certain server/channel, in a certain account, at certain times...
  • How frequently does it happen? It happens every time, it happens sometimes (if you know under what circumstances, that can help), it only happened to you once...
  • How do you fix it? By teleporting, by re-joining with the character, by closing the game completely and opening it again, after a maintenance, after some hours...
  • Attach a full screenshot of the glitch if you have one.
  • Include your character nickname and the server you play.

!Costumes and hats changed with Costume fusion item / No hat setting ingame:

-After logging to the game, when u had tarot ON at logging OFF of the game, when it dissappears (chat info f.ex. Tarot card (Death) has expired (idk exact info in eng) - changes go back to the previous version / ignores no hat setting, until some part of EQ is replaced with another one and back again

-It happens every time when tarot expires

-Idk if screenshot is needed, if yes i can make it somehow

Where/when does it happen?
It first happened in Nosville on login, then spread to all maps. I was on channel 7 at first connection. The game works perfectly fine on channel 1 only — switching to any other channel triggers the same issue again. It's the first time this happens to me.

How frequently does it happen?
It happened for the first time today. It occurs every time I log in on any channel other than channel 1, and persists across channel switches.

How do you fix it?
Staying on channel 1 avoids the issue. Switching maps or going to Miniland resolves most of the visual glitch on other channels, but inventory and titles remain bugged and cannot be fixed by anything. Repairing the client doesn't do anything.

Additional bug:
I also get an "Access Violation" error when trying to use pet skills. This is fixed by switching pets twice.

same bug happen again after maintenance #news message today
and the A4 trick doesnt work this time

Yesterday, around 23:10.
Crusher raid, when starting to kill the first lure.
Around 50% player had the UI flashing / nothing happening and had to terminate nostale and relauch.

After the update, the bug that takes everything away again. Inventory expansions are gone, family level 1 is gone, no titles, fisherman and other special activities are uncompleted, and much more! ENOUGH! I've had a ticket that's been going on for months and no one helps me. After the bypass, I can't play for days at every major event. I've already lost the double exp event, the fate event, and the trainer event, and no one is refunding anything. Will it take that long to fix this problem?

U could try ship to a4 and back to a1 when u bugged, sometime its magicaly fix by going to a4(only inventory, other stuff still bugged
But sometime it does nothing
