Normally i would have given a simple suggestion but this is a unique case as the chef SP is by far one the worst and possibly the worst piece of content this game has to offer
1:Poor dishes with poor sale value or usage
2:Ingredients overpriced to the extreme with some going far beyond into the 50-100 million ranges for a simple dish
Even if we take into account the book as an "endgame" item its stats are laughable considering its price
And then we have to consider what usage the SP has outside of the one time completion for book
Unfortunately there is not a single player in this game who will give a positive reaction to the chef SP which signals a massive red flag for this piece of content
There isn't even a suggestion to be had the entire thing must be reworked top to bottom and implemented in an entirely new way that does not follow the mistakes of the current version
#Complete overhaul of Chef SP

Since simply saying "rework this" is a rather poor suggestion and feels more like a complaint i will give some ideas so there is some kind of substance to this post
1:Make all dishes have unique ingredients that are not related to bazar or existing drops and have their own unique way of being farmed or obtained tied ONLY to the chef SP or even better make a farmer SP to go hand in hand with it but bazar must be removed from chef entirely to prevent this overpricing and urge people to invest effort and not just raw gold like a money sink (you don't see someone buying drops for fish or pet trainer levels for books)
2:Buffs of dishes must be severely buffed as every single dish outside of the onyx clone effect dishes are laughably bad
3:Rework of full belly (way too high cost to keep up and next to no benefit for the cost and rarity of dishes)
4:Dish sale price to NPC is a tricky part as gold value constantly changes but this can be worked around by simply making the dishes valuable to be consumed if they cannot be sold which is tied to the second suggestion
5:Chef titles feel very underwhelming (2% chance for extra meal???) instead they could be turned into food buff extenders that allow food based buffs to last twice as long or give additional side effects for more value of full belly or tier 3 dishes
Like how we can get fafnir or KFC ingredients if no one does the raid? + The cooking gets bugs and you can burn ingredients easily if you can't see the animation.
Also how should I farm tons of pig ham if I am lvl 99? Make a new alt just ro farm ham, shoes etc?
If I can't get all (or at least 95%) of the needed ingredients from farming on a single map for about 15/20 minutes to make dishes that serve me for some hours of gameplay and have a worthwhile effect when being used, then the system has failed.
So the system has failed.
The system is just there for the book. That is the sad truth and that won't change for a long time or possibly ever. You know why? Because as sad as the state of the chef sp is, there are far worse systems in the game that need addressing and have arguably higher priority.
As sad as it is, I suggest living with it how it is currently or ignoring that system all together.
One way I see to fix it is removing the "high level penalty" when farming early acts.
At least for a fixed amount of time per day (as in glacernon) to counteract botting
Bots doesn't need a high level to drop in low level zone.
They already have the good lvl range, they can just have some buff dispenser accs and just run around.
