I wanted to propose a change to the sale of Champion Blessing Amulets. For some time now, many people have used the first 2 attempts at the amulet and then put it back on sale with only one attempt remaining, trying to scam an inattentive buyer. To clean up the bazaar, and eliminate the possibility of legalized scams from the game, I propose to eliminate the possibility of reselling these items if they are not 100% usable.
