Because how you introduced the hardcore raids, act1 drops should become valuable again. Same goes for raid TS.

The downside now is the drop level penalty & max lvl to craft a seal.
For cuby raid, it's quite fine when you see how packed the pii are, even if the droprate is quite low.
For other drops, mobs aren't packed. With -90% drop rate, it's a pain to farm. You can't use any drop bushi/minipet because of the low droprate.

This will probably force some player to make alts for that purpose. Downside, you now have the tart buff, making you reach the max bound faster. So it's again a pain to stay in the right drop range.

Same goes for seals. You may reach the max lvl too fast, and have remaining mats when you pass the cap.

I don't think low level areas will revive with the current system. Seing low lvl players with a +15sp full buff isn't really reviving the low level content. This will have the same feeling than having a 99+90 dropping there.

So tldr:

  • remove the drop penalty from lvl diff.
  • remove the max lvl to craft a seal

There s no max level, you just craft the seal instantly now like on nosfire

Do the adjustments from yesterday's maintenance solve the issue with the seals to your judgement?
