It's been a while since the act9 got released and the books are still too expensive.
In the bazar the are very few books.
The chance of dropping them it's 0.1% even lower than the chance of dropping A6 books (and they were a problem for a long time, this is why you added them to other mini-bosses).
Please put 1% of dropping a book from the miniboss and 0,5% from the mobs, like you did with A6.
Or if you don't want to raise it to much make from 0.01%> to 0.1% from mobs and from 0.1% to 0.5% from minibosses.
