You already get a lot from the 1 sl ele and 3 res reduce and will gain quite a lot of fairy xp by leveling to c90 + raiding
They might also give more options to get fairy xp with act 9.2 like time spaces with thousands of mobs or just rework the whole fairy xp system
I am fine with end game content being exclusive, its end game at the end of the day

and again, what's the issue with END GAME rewarding "exclusive rewards"? the pve resistance is also "selfish" and nobody complained that you can't trade it, atleast you can trade those new fairies and it will still be a market
