Well, there's already 3 skins for water sps, even if only the blade was really well made, i don't see why can't we have more into the game? without effects, like those old 3. You guys are being so annoying keeping up the fact of the powercreep being sure 100% they would add effects, while the effects are still your ideas in this suggestions, i don't think they would do it and they didn't last time aswell

Also, even if would have effects, what's the matter? If i could choose between those sp skins and a new costume, new wings or a new pet/title, even if all has effect, i'd choose the sps, people would pay anyway for all sides of content, i don't get why you don't want effects in sps skins but if comes out a new anything else with effect you are good with it

well, the skins had been in the clients until last year/few years ago. dont remember exactly but they were fully removed including their animations because it was a scraped idea
however they have been partially recycled/reused such as archer sp1 skin as the fisherman sp skin

it is mainly the fear of the possibility of a new powercreep system happening
I havent seen anyone who was glad or happy that the minipet system came out, making more damage sources mandatory (that are only achievable through mall aka money)
I have seen a lot of disappointed looks of people because of how things are handled, adding more powerlevels to items making them mandatory and in turn making future raids longer/harder because they are based off the possible dmg boosts you can get
they fear them adding effects to skins because that's how everything started to begin with
cosmetics used tk have 5% sdmg, 5% def and 200 mp at peak, slowly powercrept by 2 speed costumes, introduction of exp sets, more damage on costumes, stronger effects on costumes.. and here we are.
same goes to titles where jt started as cosmetics with 1% dmg increase while nowadays we are at overall sl + atk% on them

you'll notice that once the first iterations of skins come out and are sellable via mall, when they are proven to be successful they will inevitably add effects on them to slap them on the noswheel or randomboxes

they know that skins are desired
then the decision making from marketing side goes "ok they want skin, so we slap effects on it to justify higher prices and making it more obscure by putting them in random boxes with low chances to justify the effects"

You're either new to the game, or very slow, if at this point, you don't understand what would happen to this "skins" if they were implemented, the problem is not only that they would add effects to make people buy them (because let's be real, 90% of people is not going to pay 1k dollars/euros to get a skin in a 29ND box or roulette just for the looks), the problem is that they would add effects, that if you want to be remotely competitive in the game, those skins would be a requirement, because if you don't have it, the other guy will always have at least a +1 on you, making them a requirement for anyone that wants to play endgame.

If after that, you don't understand why people don't want this skins implemented, you are probably a casual player, that doesn't care about being competitive, so you just have a different vision of how this skins would impact the game.

And other berserker skin that has his armour more thick and gives dmg taken reduction
Then redo for all sps and we good in terms of powercreep

Two things :

1. Nostale entities are made with 3d then converted to 2d sprites, so making skins for sp would take a huge time, so no worth for just a cosmetic stuff.
2. Already tried (skins for ranger, blade and blue mage are still in data files) and already abandoned.
   As already said, there is way more important things to do yet.

Companies will take the suggestion
and they will implement it the way they want if people dont cry enough for it under a condition

the amounts of time I have seen from other games including this one where smth that ppl asked for gets implemented
