Hello, very often we would like to buy an equipment piece, armor or weapon but it has for example 16 runes, and we do not like one of them.
However we can not see which is the last one, so it's a gamble that you have to take if you want to remove last rune.
Before people say "You can just ask the seller" - Yes you can, however sometimes they're simply reselling or have bought the equipment and are done using it, sometimes they just "don't remember".

as of now you have to write a ticket and ask for the last rune what was applied onto the eq.
best to do it is just apply a * or something similar before the stat such as
(*) attack increased by 13%
damage to high lvl dragon increased by 20%
so we know which one was applied last

Never knew they could tell me that, but I assume they'd only do it for the equipment that I have already bought. I usually want to know before hand, so if runes are 19/21 and it has attack increased by 10% and nosmate dmg 3% , I wish to know whether or not it's worth buying and removing the nosmate dmg.

they can, but imagine you buy it and they tell you nosmate dmg was the first one, and it's 19/21 now
