#Further customisation of SP wings

Even if it's not very relevant now, but seing "big" wings let you know a bit of the player power.
Hiding wings will make it harder either for some random teams or in pvp to fear someone
If this does become an issue, maybe we can have the text on wing buff to show something like 'Retro Wings +20'
But yes it's a bit tricky
that would require 19 new buffs to be added per wing option, so like 400+ buffs, sadly that's not an option 😕
It's also the same reason why I'm not sure if "allowing to choose lower-upgrade wings" would be a good idea, since it'd trick others into thinking that you're weaker than you actually are (especially in act 4 where names are hidden)
Regarding the "classic" wings, we've already forwarded to Entwell to add them as a possible customization option to the Wing Fusion item, but it's not easily doable since those wings aren't part of an actual item. They may be added in a future update though
Thank you for your response!!
For the 'buff text' I was just thinking about altering the name text of existing ones indicating your wing type, rather than creating new icons or new buffs~
I do agree with you and Lucrestia's points regarding tricking others in Glacernon etc. - though at the same time I can see the fun evil side of this too
I guess we will have to let the hidden/lower-upgrade-wings idea pass for now. But at least I'm very glad that Entwell may work on giving us the classic wings back! This is what I want the most anyway out of those suggestions
thanks!
i dont see that big of an issue here. its nearly the same with the already existing wing customisation. just give us a 2nd buff which just reads as e.g. "+14" so we know which upgrade level the SP has. if i see someone with something like demon wings in a4 i will think he might be weaker than he is, because they are crystals in reality. players would just need to get comfy with this.
If someone has multiple buffs, then you may not see it. And it still forces you to click on the character to see it.
That makes it impossible to gauge the opponent power only from the look. The wing changer already mess up with the power, it would be worse to remove every bit of indicztor
