Sandbox save stuck at loading

Hey guys, my sandbox save is not loading. Even after an hour, no luck. Any solution for this?

I tried restarting phone and game
Sign in and out of GC
Delete and redownload game
No WiFi
No data
Airplane mode

And still nothing…..

Hey @teal bridge, yes I am.

This is the second time it happened, starting a new save loads the game without any issue but if the save is 2-3 days old, the save wouldn’t load.

iPhone 15 Pro Max
v 18.6.2

Can you please follow these steps so you can share a log file with us to see what's going on?

1. fully close the game
2. use this link on your browser: outlanders2://log/set (it should prompt you to open outlanders, accept)
3. continue a save with the issue, and wait for 30 seconds on the loading screen
4. go back to the browser (but do NOT fully close the game) and use this link: outlanders2://share/log
   it should prompt you to open up the game and then to share a log file, and you can send it to me via DMs

It now keeps on crashing so I can’t seem to open the second link while keeping the game open

I think because the game is crashing it says the file is empty. I tried several times but the crash happened every time

those steps are only for when it gets stuck in loading

One and two. I deleted one to see if that would help so two is now one, same problem

Hi! I’m having the same problem with sandbox 3. I used the link outlanders2://share/sandbox/3 and got this file

If I try to do outlanders2://log/set and then outlanders2://share/log while it’s stuck, it crashes

I’m having the same issue people here are reporting. I tried to send it to you and it said the file cannot be empty

Could our sandbox files have been deleted when they got to a certain size? I was around 200 days, and around 150 days it was starting to get very laggy

not deleted, but something is making it get stuck when it tries to load and it never gets past that point

Hi @teal bridge - tried sharing a file to you for this issue and got this error:

replace (or not) the "1" with the actual sandbox slot that has the loading issue
