A phone restart helped. But now all my campaign progress has been lost… Any ideas?
I play on both iPhone and iPad under the same account. My phone is unaffected but my iPad is showing this same error. I’ve reinstalled and restarted device but no improvement.
is it stuck on the looading for about a minute?
or does it load faster?
can you time it from when it gets to 90% (at that point it should get stuck foor a bit), until it fully loads?

I’ve had the same issue, but strangely loading a sandbox and playing for a minute seemed to help? It has worked two or three times for me so far.
Also, I’ve figured out that if you put your phone in flight mode while the game starts up it will start much quicker! Then turn it off again when it gives you the error needing to connect to the internet.
