Paper Mill missing from multiple levels

I see also there’s a thread about the paper mills missing in the campaign. I can’t see paper mills anywhere now.

I’m doing the challenge archives and all of them don’t have the paper mill for me too, kinda frustrating

you need to restart the game, go to challenges, wait for the current challenge to load, go to the archive when it does, and search for the "A farm too far" challenge and restart it

and the papermill should show up in the build menu
