Challenges not loading

In Outlanders 2, the challenges have not been loading all day today. I'm on iOS and every time I try to access challenges, I get a message saying the download failed. I've tried both on wifi and using mobile data.

Just an update: it’s been a week and I still can’t access any of the challenges. I’ve restarted the app and my phone and I still get the same error message.

hey in order to access challenges you need too have internet connection and you need to be connected to icloud

i think a player reported that freeing up space in icloud seemed to work

I have plenty of iCloud space and am always connected online. I was accessing challenges just fine until 10 days ago.

I’m now showing that same issue. Connected to WiFi & iCloud. “Download failed” when trying to access challenges

Then it is most likely issues with icloud and there is not a lot we can do 😦

I am also unable to load challenges but I’m not getting an error message, just perpetual loading screen

I updated IOS and it’s working now just an fyi
