Put 12 into the inverse of f
no but i havent been taught about using logs and logs arent allowed in this
The inverse of f gives you the value of X at Y
ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
No logs
so itll js be 12?
Yes if you mean the whole thing
Np
Probably a dumb question but isnt ff^-1 multiplication? Composite functions are f o f^-1. Its only 12 if its composite
If it were multiplication it would need to be written as f(x) • f⁻¹(x)
Buttt this one is shorthand for (f ∘ f⁻¹)(12)
oh ok thx
