Do you know Alternate Angle Theorem?

worn oxide
#

alternate angles on parrarel lines are equal?

hazy eagle
#

yes

worn oxide
#

I know that

hazy eagle
#

see that those 2 lines are parallel
you can apply Alternate angles theorem to get angle 48 on below

worn oxide
#

oh yeah

hazy eagle
#

(there is no labeling here, so its hard to tell what I mean)

worn oxide
#

yeah I get it

#

I was thinking about that, but though it was wrong

#

but what about the other part of the scalene triangle?

hazy eagle
#

I don't see we need that ones angles
isoscles triangle angles are enough

worn oxide
#

OHHHH

#

THATS WHY THERES AN ISOCELEA TRIANGLEE

hazy eagle
#

yea, that transversal line between the 2 parallel lines ake one isoscles triangle
those single marks on side mean sides ar esame btw, if you dunno

worn oxide
#

okay soo

#

yeah

hazy eagle
#

I think you can pave your way out now?
If you can, thats good
if not, you can ask again

worn oxide
#

I think I cann

#

gimme a sec

hazy eagle
#

k, try yourself

worn oxide
#

wait did I get

#

it

#

That's wrong

#

uhh

#

ignore that

#

it's 38

#

so it'll be 78

#

so is it 104?

hazy eagle
#

yea, I was about to pinpoint that

worn oxide
#

oh no

#

wait

#

my hmwk does this thing where if you input the wrong answer 2 many times it switches the question, I entered 114 and it has different valuesss

#

it should be fine, I'll apply the same method

hazy eagle
#

yea, go on

worn oxide
#

thank you for your help though!!

hazy eagle
#

its not much of a difference

worn oxide
#

yea

#

THANK YOU SO MUCH

#

You just have to do sum of all angles of triangle is 180 after finding 66 then minus that by 114 and that by 48

#

Then you can do sum of straight line is 180
